    2.5 c Raisin Bran
    1 egg
    1 banana - mashed
    1 c f/f milk
    Stir together

    1/2 c Soy Flour
    1/2 c Splenda Brown sugar Blend
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of vanilla


LIghtly spray 12 muffin cup pan.
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix all ingredents together.
Divide among 12 muffin cups.
Bake at 450 for appx 20 minutes.
