Ingredients
-
1 Onion
4 Cups Water
4 tps Better Than Bouillon, Chicken Base
2 Eggs
4 Strips of Bacon
Scallions
Directions
First, cook the bacon in the microwave by placing the bacon in between two pieces of paper towels. You will want to cook it on high for two and a half minutes, replace the towels when saturated with fat, and continue to cook the bacon another two and a half minutes.
In a medium pot, saute as much onion as you would like. I put about 1/4 cup chopped into my recipe.
When the onions are lightly browned, add the 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add the chicken bouillon and stir until mixed.
When the bacon is cooked and cooled, cut it up into small pieces and put into the pot.
Take the 2 eggs and scramble together in a bowl. Add to the soup.
Finally, garnish with the scallions and enjoy!
