Ingredients

    1/2 cup Fit & Active Egg Substitute
    1/2 cup Frozen Spinach (thawed)
    1 oz. Chopped Onion
    1 tbsp. Sliced Black Olives
    1/4 cup Happy Harvest Mushroom Pieces & Stems
    1/8 cup Happy Farms Shredded Cheese
    Spritz Carlini 100% Natural Original Cooking Spray

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray. Preheat over medium heat and when hot pour in egg substitute. Make sure the egg substitute is evenly distributed across bottom of pan. Add other ingredients in line about 1/3 from any edge. Roll eggs to form omelet. Cook to desired doneness . Serve.
