    fresh peppers green,red,yellow and orange
    garlic cloves
    green onion
    crushed tomatos
    yellow zuchinni
    green zuchinn
    chrushed red pepper
    black pepper


serving size is one.. you can double the recipe and put in the fridge to make more meals.
cook pasta seperate per instuctions on box
add crushed tomatos and all veggies cook over medium heat, add garlic tumeric, black pepper and red pepper. simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is done.
put over pasta
