Ingredients

    2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast
    .5 cup chopped celery
    .25 cup fat free mayo
    .25 cup golden raisins
    1 tsp garlic
    2 Tbsp Smuckers sugarfree apricot preserves
    1 tsp curry powder
    2 tsp lemon juice
    10 chopped baby carrots
    1 cup spinach greens
    3 whole wheat pitas, cut in half

Directions

Combine in a medium bowl ingredients through spinach. Line each pita half with a bit of spinach, and stuff with chicken mixture. Best served chilled, serving size: 2 stuffed pita halves. Yield-3 servings
