Makes a filling meal served over brown rice. Makes a filling meal served over brown rice.

    2 cups red kidney beans- cooked
    4 oz Chorizo
    8 oz lean ground beef
    1 TBLS Chili Powder
    1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes.
    1/2 cup water


In a non stick skillet, cook ground beef. Drain. Add Chorizo and allow to melt. Transfer to a pot. Add kidney beans Chili powder, sun dried tomatoes and water. Simmer until heated through.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
