Ingredients

    Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s diced
    Beans, black, 1.25 cup rinsed
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup (rinsed
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup (rinsed
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Crushed Tomatoes, 1 large can
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Cumin, 1 T.
    red chili flakes, 1 1/2 t.
    oregano, 1 t.
    1-2 cups water

Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil until softened. Add diced turkey breast, seasonings. Stir well and add beans and tomatoes. Add water as needed. Simmer for 30-50 minutes.
