Ingredients

    2 to 3 bananas, smashed
    1 egg
    1/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup apple butter
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup defrosted blueberries
    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp baking power, 1/2 tsp salt

    1/4 cup walnut pieces

Directions

mix first seven ingredients and set aside. mix dry ingredients and add them to first bowl. toss in walnuts. Pour into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
