Ingredients

    Self-Rising Flour, 1.5 C
    Almond Flour, 3/4 C
    Light Butter, 2 Sticks softened
    Splenda Granulated, 3/4 cup
    Brown Sugar, 3/8 cup, packed
    Eggs, 2 large
    Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Semi Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips, 1 Cup
    Dark Chocolate Chips, 1 Cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Sift together self rising and almond flour
Set aside

Cream butter and sugars
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well for each
Add vanilla

Combine flours with wet mixture

Mix in chocolate chips

Spoon out 48 cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
