    about 1 pound ready to eat shrimp [shelled, no tails, etc]
    (calculations done for .92 lb. package)
    1 package (10 oz) broccoli and carrots
    1 jar (15 oz) Classico roasted garlic alfredo


microwave veggies until tender crisp. Add alfredo and shrimp; microwave until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles.
