    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
    Tabasco Sauce, .25 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Great Value Black Eye Peas, 2 cup
    Rotel, 1 cup


Sautee turkey with bellpeppers & onions, add 2 cans peas, Lea & Perrins, Tabasco, Rotel, seasonings & rice. Spread in casserole dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
