    Red and yellow pepper strips, tomatoes, onions, salt to taste, spaghetti, stewed tomatoes, celery, flora, sardine and tuna


Boil Spaghetti, drain when cooked.
Cut up vegetables and stir fry in pan with flora, add stewed tomatoes, tuna and sardine, cook for 10 minutes, stir in spaghetti, mix well, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
