    1c frozen berries (140g)
    1.5 slice extra firm silken tofu (3/8 of a tetra pack)
    artificial sweetener to taste
    1/2 pack unflavoured gelatin (1/2 T)
    water to dilute


1. Soften gelatin in 2 T water for a few minutes, add 1/4c boiling water and dilute.

2. Thaw berries in microwave.

3. Blend everything until super smooth.

3. Pour in 2 ramekins. Chill until set.
