Introduction
This is a delicious easy dessert that the whole family will love, you can serve over vanilla ice cream... don't have too often since calories are a little high but once in awhile.... Ingredients

6 cups tart apples (sliced & peeled)
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 c quick oats
1 box of butterscotch pudding mix (cook & serve but if you have instant it will work)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 c. I can't believe it's not butter
vanilla ice cream (optional & not included in the nutritional calculations)
Directions
Put apples in a crock pot.
In Large bowl combine brown sugar, flour, oats, pudding mix & cinnamon.
Cut butter into the mix (resembles course crumbs)
Sprinkle over apples
Cook on low 5 to 5 1/2 hours
makes 12 1/2cup servings
