Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 48 oz
*Johnsonville Mild Italian Saugage Link, 5 serving
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Johnny's seasoning salt, 12 serving
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce, 8 cup (4 large cans)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp

Directions

Break up and brown Italian Sausage. When starting to brown add ground beef and continue cooking until browned, breaking up as you stir. Add seasonings and then pour in tomato sauce and sugar. Stir together and simmer for 1 to 8 hours. The longer it simmers the richer it gets. Remember to stir so it doesn't burn. Can be used with spaghetti, as lasagne sauce or as manwich sauce. When done, cool and freeze in serving size portions.
