Ingredients

4 pork chops, center cut
1 Tbls olive oil
3 mendium onions, sliced
3 medium celery stalks, sliced
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Celery soup
1 Tbls garlic, chopped
2 tsp. Worcheschire
2 tsp. thyme
Directions
Brown or sear pork chops on olive oil. Place onions and celery in bottom of cooking sprayed crock-pot bowl. Place pork chops on top. Mix soup and remaining ingredients together. Spread soup mixture over chops. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Serve with brown rice if desired (not included in nutritional info).
