    1 (16 OZ.)BAG BROCCOLI SLAW
    1 TBL. OLIVE OIL
    8 OZ. LEAN CHICKEN BREAST (CUT IN BITE SIZES)
    2 GREEN ONIONS
    4 TSP. MINCED GARLIC
    1 C CHICKEN BROTH
    2 TSP CORN STARCH
    3 TBL TERIYAKI SAUCE
    1 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES

Directions

COOK NO YOLKS AS DIRECTED,ADDING SLAW MIX AT THE 4 MINUTE MARK.RETURN TO BOIL AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES. DRAIN & KEEP WARM. STIR FRY CHICKEN IN OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED,ABOUT 5 MINUTES. PUSH MEAT TO THE SIDE AND ADD ONION AND GARLIC,COOK FOR 1 MIN.. MIX 2 TBL CHICKEN BROTH AND CORN STARCH IN SMALL BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH.ADD REMAINING BROTH,TERIYAKI SAUCE & RED PEPPERTO SKILLET AND COOK,STIRRING CONSTANTLY,UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS AND BOILS. MIX IN NO YOLK AND SLAW MIXTURE AND STIR. MAKES 4 -1 1/2 C. SERVINGS.

    I was surprised at how these ingredients combined to make such a tasty dish. The instructions were a little disjointed, but the end product tastes great. I'd make this again...even the picky husband liked it. The calories are way off tho ~ it's more like 400 cals a serving. - 10/30/07
