Number of Servings: 8


    1 Pound of ground venison
    Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 frozen green peas
    1/2 cup frozern sweet corn.
    beef bullion cubes 1 or 2
    cornstarch 2 T
    water 1/4 cup
    Instant Mashed potatoes ( your choice of flavor) We like the 4 cheese ones and the Garlic ones. Prepared by package directions


Makes 8 servings (1 1/2 cup)
Brown Venison with onion and garlic in olive oil. Drain if needed. Add Carrots and Celery and cook for a few minutes until tender crisp. Add bullion cubes and about 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water until smooth stir into venison mixture. stir untill slightly thickened then cook for 10 or so more minutes until carrots are tender. Top with mashed potatoes...either transfer to baking dish or do it in an oven safe skillet and Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or so until potatoes brown slightly on top and filling is bubbly.
Serve hot!
