Introduction

So healthy and easy to make- less than 5 minutes start to finish! WIll cure any chocolate craving in a jiffy! So healthy and easy to make- less than 5 minutes start to finish! WIll cure any chocolate craving in a jiffy!

Ingredients

    16oz fat free ricotta
    4 heaping Tbls Hershey's special dark cocoa
    2/3 cup splenda
    7 rectangular graham crackers

Directions

In a bowl mix 1 container fat free Ricotta cheese(16oz) with 4 heaping tablespoons Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa, and 2/3 cup splenda( you can adjust either chocolate or splenda to your taste for almost no extra cals)

Break 7 graham crackers into 4 pieces each and microwave until not brittle.( so you can eat the sandwich without getting crumbs everywhere!)

When mixed well-- spoon 1/8 of a cup ricotta mix at a time between 2 fingers of fat free Graham crackers (One rectangular cracker will make 2 sandwiches after you break it into 4 pieces.)

Serve and enjoy!
