Introduction

Comfort at it's best! Great on a cold day! Comfort at it's best! Great on a cold day!
Number of Servings: 17

Ingredients

    1 pack Jenny O Extra lean ground turkey
    2 15oz cans diced tomato
    1 onion- diced
    3 leeks(white and green) chopped
    1 10oz bag frozen veggies(corn, carrot, gren bean and pea mix)
    3 small potato- diced
    3 tble better then boullion soup base(chicken flavor)
    6 cups water

Directions

In a pot brown turkey with onions and leeks. When translucent and mean is brown- add everything else. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes

Lower heat and allow to simmer 45 minutes till thickened.

Makes 17 one cup servings.
