    125g San Remo Penne (dry weight)
    1 Chicken Breast (approx 250g)
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    1 jar Leggo's Stir Through Sauce - Sundried Tomato & Garlic
    1 cup Frozen Corn
    1 cup Frozen Peas
    1 cup (50g) Mainland Light Cheddar Cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 180 deg. C.
Cook pasta & drain.
While pasta is cooking, dice chicken breast & brown in a pan with garlic (could also add onions & garlic here if you wanted).
Once cooked, place pasta, chicken, tomatoes, pasta sauce, corn & peas into a casserole dish & stir to combine. Also add any herbs/spices you might want here. I like to add Italian seasoning herbs/spices.
Sprinkle cheese over the top (or stir through) and place in oven until cheese is melted.

Serves 2 (no specific measure, just divide in half).
This is a very large & filling meal!
