Ingredients

    Pre-prepared Egg Whites,6 servings
    Cut Leave Spinach, 16 oz bag frozen
    Reduced Fat Feta cheese ,6 oz.
    Butter cooking spray

Directions

Squeeze spinach dry. Crumble Feta into n food processor. Add spinach and Egg Whites. Pulse until cheese is well integrated. Spread the spinach mixture in a glass pie plate or 8 inch square pan. Bake at 325 for 30 - 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Slice into 6 servings Nuke a serving 40 seconds to warm up.
