Introduction

I made this with beef tenderloin I made this with beef tenderloin
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium
    Carrots, raw, 5 large
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.25 cup, sliced
    Beef, tenderloin, 2.5 lb
    Red Wine, 10 fl oz
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    crockery gourmet seaoning, 20 tsp

Directions

Start by cutting up beef into 1 inch chunks, put into c. p
Put wine and water into small bowl mix in seasoning and let rest.
cut up all veggies into chunks put into c.p.
Pour wine mixture over meat and veggies.
Put on low for 7 - 8 hours serve over wheat pasta and enjoy glass of wine ;-)
