Introduction

This is a really delicious and surpisingly vegan way to enjoy Brussels sprouts. The White Truffle Oil Balsamic Glace carmelizes the sprouts just beautifully. This makes a terrific side or can be enjoyed on its own ~ and absolutely scrumptous served cold the next day with that salty-sweet satisfaction we all love. Ingredients

1 lb frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed
    1 tbsp Earth Balance spread
2 tbsp vegan parmesan substitute (like Galaxy's Grated Rice)
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Colavita White Truffle Oil Balsamic Glace
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (C).
Prepare a regular-size baking dish (9"x13") by spraying bottom with non-stick cooking spray (preferably Olive Oil flavored).
Slice up the thawed brussels sprouts (I slice about half the sprouts in small slices while halving the other sprouts to give the recipe more body).
Arrange the sprouts on the bottom of the baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil and White Truffle Oil Balsamic Glace. Sprinkle the minced garlic, vegan parmesan, and Italian seasoning over all of the sprouts. Dollop with Earth Balance spread and season with salt and pepper.
Place dish in oven and set timer for 50 minutes.
Stir sprouts every 10 minutes to ensure even carmelization.
After 50 minutes, remove and ENJOY!
