    Scrambled Egg, 1 large )
    Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia)
    Herbal Tea, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    *Cheese, Provalone, sliced, 21 gram(s)
    "Nature's Pride" Whole Wheat Bread (including toast)1 slice, 1 serving

Directions

1. Brew tea.
2. Peal Orange - eat first while preparing other items.
3. Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Whisk eggs in small bowl and add to hot skillet, stirring all the while until set. You can add the cheese to the eggs or have it alone.
4. Toast Bread. Spread butter.
5. Pour tea and Consume.
