    Ground beef, lean, 500 grams
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, diced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 15 medium
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced
    Del Fuerte Tomato Sauce Condimented, 210 gram(s)
    Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Mushrooom, 360 gram(s)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Barilla Penne Rigatta, 250 gram(s)
    1 cup fresh basil leaves.
    Salt and Pepperto taste
    1/2 cup water


Cook Pasta as directed on package.
Heat oil in sauce pan, add onion and bell pepper, saute, add lean ground meat cook until brown, add tomatoe sauce and spaqguetti sauce, and 1/2 cup of water, add vegetables stir well,cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

  • Nice change from penne and meat sauce. I left out the b rocolli as did not have any in. I will make this again as it was very tasty
