Introduction

Yummy Lemon garlic shrimp that can top just about any pasta! Yummy Lemon garlic shrimp that can top just about any pasta!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    5 oz med shrimp
    2 Tbsp EVOO
    1-2 Tbsp Lemon juice
    1 clove of garlic

Directions

Place shrimp in saute pan with EVOO and lemon juice.
Saute over med-high heat until shrimp is tender.
Once shrimp is cooked add minced garlic and let simmer on low for a few minutes.
Serve over rice, or pasta.
