Introduction

Quick soup that's great for taking the chill off an autumn day, packed with nutrients and flavor. Quick soup that's great for taking the chill off an autumn day, packed with nutrients and flavor.

Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground beef
    1/2 t garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 medium red potatos
    4 carrots
    2- 28 oz cans petite diced tomatos
    3 cups water
    2 celery stalks
    1 onion

Directions

Brown ground beef in large pot with garlic powder salt and peper. Add onion and brown with meat. Clean Red potatos and grate t hem. Peal carrots and grate them. Slice celery. Add grated potatos, carrots, chopped celery, cans of tomato's and water . Simmer till vegetables are soft and serve with bread or crackers. Makes about 8- 2 cup servings.
