Great Recipe for some quick and easy Granola. I got this off the Allrecipes website, then I added some stuff and took away some stuff till I got this Perfect recipe! Enjoy! Ingredients

4 c. old fashioned oats
4 tbls. flax seed
4 tbls. wheat germ
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c oil
1/4 c honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Makes 12 servings
Mix oats, flax seed, and wheat germ in large bowl. In a saucepan mix brown sugar, oil, honey, and cinnamon. Bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir into oat mixture and coat well. Spread out in SINGLE layer on large baking sheet. Bake at 325 F for about 30 mins., stirring occassionally until browned.
