    2 red peppers
    1 bunch broccoli
    23 oz. chicken
    2 tbsp olive oil
    13.25 oz of Multi-grain Rotini Pasta (1 box)
    6 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    1/4 c soy sauce


Cook rotini pasta and set aside.

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Saute in 1 tbsp of olive oil (5-7 minutes). Cut red peppers and broccoli. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan with chicken and saute until tender and chicken done (3-5 minutes). Toss in pasta, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and soy sauce. Saute for 1-2 minutes until well combined.

Serving = 2 lightly packed cups
