    Raspberry Chipotle dipping & cooking sauce Culinary Circle, 8 tbsp
    Brown rice Mahatma, 0.5 cup
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Mangos, 1 medium fruit chopped
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Cilantro, dried, 0.5 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers Slices Haddon House, 1 oz
    Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Shrimp cooked and tails off Aqua Star, 8 oz
    Cook rice preferably in rice cooker & set aside. Thread shrimp on metal skewers leaving 1/8 inch space between each shrimp. In bowl mix raspberry chipotle sauce & ginger. Grill shrimp (or put in 400 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes) basting frequently with sauce mixture. Stir mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno & lemon juice (or lime) into rice. Spoon rice on plate & put shrimp skewers over rice
