    Apples, fresh, 8 cup slices (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .0625 cup (remove)
    *pie crust, Pillsbury 9" refrigerated, 1/8 crust, 16 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, .25 large (remove)


peel and slice apples, add flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Roll pie crust out, pour apple mixture into pie plate, cover with top crust, beat egg and brush over top of crust.

Bake at 350 for one hour.
