Ingredients

    8 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    0.5 C Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
    5 Tbsp Contadina Italian Herb Tomato Paste
    0.25 C BBQ sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    0.5 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    0.25 onion, chopped
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp paprika

Directions

Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and heat until hot and desired thickness. Server on whole wheat hamburger buns or whole wheat bread. (bun/bread in not in calorie count).

Makes 2 servings.
