    1/3 c Lentils
    1 c Kale, chopped
    1 c Butternut Squash, cubes
    1 sm Beet
    1/2 c Broccoli, chopped
    1 c Zucchini
    1 t Kroger Brand Zesty Blend All Natural Seasoning
    1/4 c Raisins, packed
    1/4 c Dates, chopped

    4 c Water, tap


    1/4 c Cashew Nuts, Raw
    15 Dates, 15 date
    1.5 T carob
    1 t Vanilla Extract
    1/3 c Aldi's Soymilk
    1 c Spinach, fresh
    1 T Maple Syrup


May use pre-cooked or canned veggies and simply put everything in the Vitamix and whiz until smooth.
HALF BATCHES works best.


Place Column #1 in pot on stove.
Simmer ~45min

STRAIN.....Save Liquid for anything else

Remove Beet set aside to add last for color....

Place 2 cups of the veggies with the remaining ingredients in Vitamix and blend until creamy. Add enough beet to give desired 'chocolate' color

Pour into custard cups and chill
