Introduction

When I was making this I measured the meat mixture when finished cooking and it was 4 cups so I just made into four servings. After the fact I think it could be easily split into 8 servings with two tortillas per serving. This is not how the calories are calculated, please take that into mind if you decide to cook this recipe! It would definitely lower the calories and sodium!!! Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 Can Mexican Style Corn
    1/2 Chopped Onion
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tbsp Onion Powder
    2 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 1/2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Ground Oregano
    Salsa
    Sour Cream (low fat)
    Mexican shredded cheese 2%
    1/2 c chopped tomatoes

Directions

Brown turkey meat with seasonings, chopped onion, and mexican corn.

Take a tortilla and put 1/2 cup(could do a 1/4 cup) meat mixture and top with 1 tbsp sour cream, sprinkle of cheese and sprinkle of tomatoes. Roll up tortilla as you see fit. Top with a tablespoon of salsa.

One serving is two tortillas made in the above fashion!
