    1C oats
    2C milk
    1C coconut milk
    3 grated carrots
    1 C coconut milk
    1 T cinnamon
    2 T crushed walnuts


Cook oats in milk while adding other ingredients. Let cook 10-15 min. Makes 5 servings. Garnish with 1 tbsp. crushed walnuts, 1 C milk and 1 tbsp. of the maple syrup.
