Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    dash of salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
    3 oz cream cheese

Directions

Separate the eggs and add salt and cream cheese ot the yolks. Mix together

In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.

Fold egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture, careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon mixture onto the sheet making 6 mounds. Slightly flatten each mound. Bake 30 minutes (you want them slightly soft, not crumbly) at 300 degrees. let cool on sheet for a few minutes then move to a cooling rack.

    Incredible!
    So good! Flaky like a croissant or danish. I wish I'd greased my pan better because they stick a little, but that was my fault. I LOVE these! - 7/14/11
