    Olive Oil, 0.50 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup
    Bison Meat, 16 oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.50 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 0.50 serving
    96% lean local grass-fed beef, 8 oz
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
