Introduction

Do not neglect the salmon skin. It is very tasty and full of healthy fats. Do not neglect the salmon skin. It is very tasty and full of healthy fats.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 4oz salmon filets skin on
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Salt/Pepper to taste.

Directions

1. Deeply score the skin side of the salmon
2. Heat non-stick pan to medium high
3. Rub skin side of the salmon with olive oil
4. Place skin side down in hot pan and cover.
5. Cook for approximately 8 minutes
6. When done, meat will be cooked through and salmon skin will be crispy and very tasty.
