    4 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp sherry
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    8 oz. fresh baby potatoes ( halved)
    2 lbs. fresh chowder fish( haddock or cod)
    8 oz. chunks fresh swordfish
    8 oz. maine shrimpmeat ( fresh or frozen)
    1 whole sweet onion chopped
    1/8 C minced garlic
    1 6.5oz. can whole clams
    2 Cups organic whole milk ( sometimes I use condensed instead)
    4 Cups homemade lobster stock( can substitute clam broth or seafood stock from store -gluten free)
    cayenne pepper, black pepper


Saute the onion and garlic in the melted butter in the bottom of a stock pot. Add the potatoes and the lobster stock and cook about 10 mins or until the potatoes are tender.
Add the seafood(all of it) and cook just until done.
Add the milk and cayenne pepper, sherry and black pepper to taste and slowly heat until hot without letting the milk boil. Add the cornstarch at the end when hot if wanting a little thicker although this is not a thick soup. Using condensed milk makes it thicker than using regular milk.
