    Cake Dough
    16 Pilsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (2 roll tubes)
    8 oz light cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 large Fuji Apple (peeled and chopped)
    3 tablespoons sugar
    Cake Frosting
    1 cup Powdered Sugar
    2 Tablespoons Skim Milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Separate cresent roll pieces of dough and arrange into a circle on a 13" round pan. The triangle pieces sould be placed to have the long flat side outwards with the point (apex) pointing towards the center. Stretch the dough to make a complete base to receive the filling. spread Cream Cheese mixture over the dough. Top with the apple pieces and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. fold dough up, over and around tucking the point under the outer edge.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Make Powdered Sugar Milk frosting. Frost cake while still warm but not hot. Use food coloring or colored sprinkles over the icing.
