Ingredients

    1 Cup Organic Brown Rice
    1 # Lean Ground Beef
    2 Cups Garlic Tomato Sauce
    1 cup chopped red onions
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 cup of water
    1 tbsp chilli powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef, garlic, onions and peppers.. Drain any fat. Add tomato sauce and water. Stir in the spices. Add the 1 cup of pasta uncooked. Bring to a boil. Reduec heat and simmer for 15 minutes/
