    1 package of veggie crumbles
    1 packet of taco seasoning
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup black beans
    1/2 cup water


brown crumbles (no oil), add taco seasoning and water and mix. Add in frozen corn, diced tomatoes and rinsed and drained black beans. Cook until warm. Makes 6 servings. Serve in taco shells (2) with cheese, salsa, lettuce and tomato or on top of a salad with crumbled tortilla chips and lite ranch dressing.
