    2lbs frozen broccoli
    2 cups Heavy whipping cream
    8oz cheese, chopped or shredded.
    6 cups chicken broth.
    1 small onion sliced thinly
    3 strips bacon cooked crisp.


Put broccoli and chicken broth in pot. Boil until broccoli is very tender. Mash broccoli with hand held potato masher. Add cream and cheese and heat through. Brown bacon and onions, drain. Add to soup. Heat through and enjoy.
