    olive oil, 3 tbls
    Black Eyed Peas (Cooked), 4 cup
    *Vadalia onion, raw, medium, 148g, 1.5 serving
    celery, 1 cup chopped
    *Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 2 cup
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 clovesvegie broth (I used Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free), 2 cup
    *Crushed red pepper flakes, .5 tbsp


Saute onion, garlic and celery in olive oil until onion is litely browned. Add all other ingridients and cook over low heat till edamame is done. Season with salt and pepper, serve with corn bread if you wish.
