    4 medium potatoes (approx. 6-8 oz. each)
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    2 tbsp margarine
    salt & pepper to taste


1. Peel potatoes, rinse, cut in quarters and place in a pot of water.
2. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
3. Drain
4. Add milk, margarine, salt & pepper
5. Whip with a hand mixer until smooth.
