    3 b/s Chicken Breasts
    3 Garlic Cloves
    2 14.5 oz Canned Tomatoes
    1 29 oz Tomato Sauce
    1 6 0z Tomato Paste
    1 - 2 TBL Chili Powder (to taste)
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    .5 tsp Onion Powder*

    * can subsitute for 2 TBL diced onions
    can add kidney/chili beans if desired


Place chicken breasts & garlic cloves in sauce pan with enough water to cover. Boil until cooked through approx 20 min. While chicken is cooking combine the rest of ingredients in a large sauce/soup pot. Bring to boil, cover & turn heat down to simmer. When chicken is done remove from pan and place on plate. Either cut chicken into bite size pieces or shred chicken with forks. Add to sauce and continue simmering 30 minutes.

Serve with raw onions, shredded low fat cheddar cheese and light or fat free sour cream if desired.
