    1/3 C dried apricots, unsulfured
    1/4 C dried cranberries
    1 C Whole wheat cous cous
    1 1/4 C water
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 dash of salt


Combine everything but the cous cous in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the cous cous, turn of the heat and cover, let sit for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork. Excellent!
