Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 16 large (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 12 fl oz (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Cook and then shred the chicken

Mix all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl

Place chicken in pan and cover with the wet ingredients.

Top with Cheese

Bake for at least 30 - 45 minutes
