    Walnuts, 16 oz (14 halves) (remove)
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    2 tbsp water


beat egg whites, 1 tsp of salt and water until lightly frothy. Add walnuts and stir until coated. In a seperate bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, brown sugar (sucanat also works really well) and cinnamon and stir to combine. Add walnut to the sugar mixture and mix until nuts are completely covered. Spread out on a large baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees, stiring every 15 minutes.

Allow nuts to cool completely and then stir in raisins and dark chocolate pieces.

Makes approx 24 1/4 cup servings.
